Whee! <p>

I can’t believe that after all this time and all this worry, I’m only $50 away from meeting my fundraising goal – it’s like a huge weight has been lifted away from me now that I no longer have to worry about not being allowed to run. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of those that supported me!

Today I ran the second of my ten mile runs with Lindsay McFadden and her mother Paula – neither of whom are marathoners, but they were athletic enough that they were perfectly able to keep up – pushing a baby in a stroller none the less! – it was so much fun to jog with them and they were so amazed that they could actually do ten miles! :)

I also broke the 200 mile mark today, so that’s another landmark! (though if I’d been doing all the maintenance runs and cross training that I was supposed to do – and if I hadn’t missed the 20 mile run – I’d probably be well over 300 miles by now!) -laugh-

Well, there are only two more long runs – the 23 and the 24 – and both start at 8am (yuck!). Seems like the marathon is just around the corner!
