Slipcover done!

It was a lot more difficult than I had anticipated. I actually had to rip apart the sides multiple times, and then tear out the seat and recut it (smaller, thank goodness), before it would fit like I wanted it to. But… it’s finally done! And I think it looks pretty good.

I’m really happy with it, and especially with the way it fits with the room.

Now I’m even thinking maybe I gave up too soon on the Shroud of Shame, my previous slipcover saga (funny posts here and here). Maybe it’s time to revisit that project with some real upholstery fabric, since the thickness and patterning here made all the difference.
